Jordan Oseguera

Jordan Oseguera built URATBB from his own experience as a high school standout who struggled to adapt to college baseball. That challenge pushed him into a lifelong pursuit of learning — biomechanics, arm health, pitch design, and the systems used to develop elite pitchers.

That commitment eventually led him into NCAA programs, MLB player development departments, and the opportunity to build pitching systems used across college and professional baseball.

URATBB exists because Jordan’s system has consistently produced results at the highest levels. His mission now is to give young pitchers the roadmap he never had, helping them gain velocity, stay healthy, and create the same life-changing opportunities the game provided him.
